As a result of recent revisions to Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 23(c)(2) now requires class action notices be written in plain, easily understood language. Kinsella/Novak Communications Ltd. produced this Plain Language Primer to provide judges and attorneys with guidelines for writing and formatting class action notices subject to Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.*
