The Global Research Analyst Settlement resolved matters with the SEC regarding the sale of securities by certain brokers. In addition to direct notice to readily identifiable class members, the notice program included extensive published notice in Investor's Business Daily, Barron's, The New York Times, International Herald Tribune and the global edition of The Wall Street Journal. Extensive Internet advertising was also used on Web sites such as Fortune.com and CNNMoney.com.
